We offer two options : 1. Corporate/large group model – Ideal for team building, events or celebrations with up to 60 people . We deliver the box, set it up on site and provide a professional game master . 2. Self-rental model – For small groups of 2–4 players . You pick up the box yourself, play independently, and return it after 24 hours.

• Self-rental model: Perfect for small groups (2-4 people), e.g. friends or families who want to play flexibly and in peace. • Corporate/large group model: Ideal for team events, club celebrations, birthdays or trade fairs where a moderated game session is intended to inspire many participants in a short time.

The rental period is 24 hours from the selected pick-up time. Example: Pick-up on Tuesday at 3:00 PM → Return on Wednesday by 3:00 PM. For corporate/large group bookings, the playing time depends on the booked event duration (usually 1.5–2 hours on site).

Pick-ups for the self-rental model are possible daily between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM . You choose the exact time when booking. For the company/large group model, we will arrange the time individually with you.

The box must be returned to the same location as the pick-up point – within the 24-hour rental period. Please return the box complete and in its original condition. With the supervised model, we take the box back with us directly after the event.

Pick-up takes place in 1080 Vienna. You will receive the exact location in your booking confirmation.

Yes! • Self-rental model: Delivery by cargo bike within Vienna is possible for an extra charge. • Corporate/large group model: Delivery and collection are already included in the price.

• Self-rental model (2-4 players): €74.99 for 24 hours. • Corporate/large group model (up to 60 players, with supervision): Price on request, depending on duration, number of participants and location.

Each Locktown crate is only available once at a time . Once a slot is booked, that time period is automatically blocked for others.

• Self-rental: Free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, after which a 50% cancellation fee applies. • Corporate/large group model: Cancellation conditions by individual agreement. • In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

First of all: stay calm. They are objects, not people! However, we must charge for the cost of restoration in case of willful damage or loss. In the supervised model, we take over the supervision – damages are very rare here.

Recommended for ages 14 and up. Adult accompaniment is recommended for younger participants.
